The league has been talking about it for a couple of years, but are getting more serious about it now. They would join the OHL as the only leagues to have a ban on fighting in the U.S.A. The OHL did it earlier last season when a player was killed from injuries sustained in a fight.

Would this be a good thing or a bad thing?

I'm offended . soccer is tougher than it looks. Go search soccer fight on you   tube. you will find around the same amount of fights.
